Why do the people on Naked and Afraid never make shoes?
Like they’ve done that just barely a few times that I’ve seen.
I’d be making sandals out of whatever was handy within, like, the first day.
This is… actually really practical. Helps prevent foot injury or wear even with just sandals, and anything heavier would help with temperature regulation.
Like, grass/stick sandals are actually really simple to make. We used to do it as kids for fun.
You just make a framework from sticks and weave grass in and out until you get a sandal.
